Return & Refund Policy

At starystyle, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow:

• 5-7 business days for credit card refunds
• 7-10 business days for PayPal refunds
• 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement

Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

1. Check with your bank or payment provider first (processing times vary)
2. Contact your credit card company (some transactions require additional verification)
3. If unresolved after 10 business days, contact us with your order details for investigation

We will work with payment processors to trace any missing refunds and keep you informed throughout the process.
